Refreshing the Aditya Birla Group’s careers page with a focus on their core employee value proposition: ‘A World of Opportunities’ – putting forward the ability to build rich careers by traversing businesses, functions and geographies. We ensured clearly mapped out sections within a vibrant design theme to appeal to their millennial target audience (and the time they’re willing to put into navigating a website!).
The ABG brand values are front and centre, closely followed by relevant testimonials from existing employees of the same TG. The website is a successful medium of recruitment, with a significant rise in applications serving as an indicator of success.
We also proposed a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence that answers all the user's questions with reference to Careers at The Aditya Birla Group, along with taking potential employees through the interview process alongst other things.
