In order to showcase the breadth of TCS Digital Mortgage Services’ offerings to potential customers, we’re working on an interactive, gamified touchscreen experience called ‘The Way Home - A digitally driven journey’ - an interactive customer journey map that brings together user personas, identified needs and obstacles, TCS solutions and product explorations, in one sustainable ecosystem - made cohesive via a common design language.

Opportunity Calling

The Communications, Media and Informatics division of Tata Consultancy Services wanted us to design a straightforward presentation highlighting its vision and services.

We thought we’d make it a conversation, treating the touchscreen like an interactive canvas that would allow users to explore the showcase in a non-linear, self-guided manner via interactions, motifs and icons, and thus telling a connected story of today’s challenges meeting tomorrow’s capabilities.
