Designing a culture of appreciation

Working out of remote locations all over India, the employees of SBI Mutual Funds had pretty much no experience of the company’s culture. To remedy this, our approach was to create a portal that connects people to purpose, accomplishment and each other.

The SBI MF Josh Force app and portal enabled management and employees to recognize peers, give points, reward, provide feedback, shop, redeem, and celebrate a culture of everyday wins and team building triumphs.
